How It Started
H&S Metals was founded in Houston, TX by a sheet metal worker who believed that fabrication quality was the difference between a job that installs clean and one that doesn't. Starting with a single machine and a handful of loyal contractors, we built the shop around one principle: get the dimensions right the first time.
Over the years, the shop grew — more machines, more capacity, more duct types. But the principle never changed. Every piece that leaves our floor is fabricated to the spec we received, whether that spec came in as a full contract drawing set or a sketch on a napkin.

How We Work Today
Today H&S Metals fabricates spiral, oval, rectangular, and square ductwork for commercial and industrial HVAC projects across the Houston metro. We work directly with mechanical contractors, sheet metal subcontractors, and general contractors who need a reliable fabrication partner.
We don't require CAD files or formal drawing packages. If you have a hand sketch, a set of field measurements, or a verbal spec, we can work from it. Our estimators have seen every kind of project input — and they know how to turn it into accurate, ready-to-install ductwork.
